Welcome to Alore Fitness Adventures!

We are excited to announce a new monthly adventure series at Alore Fitness, held the third Saturday of each month from March through September.

We invite everyone to join us as we encourage movement both inside the gym and outdoors.

Please join us for our first adventure next Saturday, March 21st, at 10:00 AM. at the Buxton Trail Head.

We recently completed a test run of the trail; it is a paved road, and our group—which included two young children—covered approximately two miles round-trip in about 1.5 hours.

The trail features benches and picnic tables, allowing you to go at your own pace, stay as long as you like, or head back early. Bicycles are also welcome.

Parking is free at this location. If you would like to carpool or if you need a ride, please let me know so we can coordinate.
